9. You should buy reliable accounting software that has many years of experience or has a steady client base.

10. You can talk to your business partners and consultants to decide about the features of your accounting package. You can search for software that fulfils basic needs of your organization at a low price. You can get many low cost robust accounting systems, which fulfils your basic requirements.

11. You can even buy accounting software-as-a-solution (SaaS) to get immediate and less expensive solution. SaaS provides solutions at a low price, where you can prevent expenses on buying new hardware or hiring technically proficient support staff.
