What is CRM and Best Practices?

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. CRM is a software tools which provide a platform to serve better service at low cost with better understanding which results good relationship. It cover pre-sales activities, sales and after sales activities. In pre-sales activities, it keeps the records of the all prospects, customer, their status, their new requirements, etc., sales activities, and post-sales activities; customer support/services etc. CRMs using customer service software can help to retain customers and win over new business.

Every business process is unique, with different market strategies, different customer strategies, different business processes, and different expectations. The challenge for businesses today is to use differentiated customer strategies and take intelligent (info based decision) action across all of their channels - and to manage these activities efficiently by using CRM software.

But, CRM software has solved this problem, CRM software comes up after using best practices to address five critical issues: governance, process management, data management, user friendly and latest technology. As a result, CRM software gives following benefits: increased revenues, lower costs, higher ROIs, and improved competitive strength.
