CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. CRM is a software tools which provide a platform to serve better service at low cost with better understanding which results good relationship. It cover pre-sales activities, sales and after sales activities. In pre-sales activities, it keeps the records of the all prospects, customer, their status, their new requirements, etc., sales activities, and post-sales activities; customer support/services etc.
